7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. 11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. 14. AI-Generated Outputs

Our Services use AI to generate virtual try-on images. These AI-generated outputs are provided for visualization purposes only and should not be considered as accurate representations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

15. No Biometric Processing

We do not process biometric data for identification purposes. While our Services involve processing images of individuals, we do not extract, store, or use biometric identifiers such as facial geometry for identification, authentication, or tracking purposes.

16. Purpose Limitation for Images

Images uploaded to our Services are processed solely for the purpose of generating virtual try-on visualizations. We do not use uploaded images for any other purpose, including marketing, profiling, or sharing with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Services.

17. Image Retention and Deletion

IMPORTANT: We do NOT permanently store your personal images or results.

  • Your personal photos are securely stored and automatically deleted after 3 days
  • Result images are delivered directly to you and deleted after 3 days
  • Instagram delivery: Results are sent via a temporary link that automatically expires after 7 days

18. No Training of AI Models Using User Images

We do NOT use your images to train our AI models.

Your uploaded images are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models. Your images are processed only to generate the virtual try-on result you requested and are automatically deleted after 3 days.

19. Third-Party AI and Platform Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our AI-powered services:

  • Google Cloud AI: For AI processing capabilities
  • Secure Cloud Infrastructure: For service delivery and data processing

These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and process it only as necessary to provide our Services.

20. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Our Services integrate with various third-party platforms:

  • Meta/Instagram: For connecting to your Instagram account and messaging
  • WhatsApp: For messaging integrations
  • Shopify: For e-commerce integrations (see details below)
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing

When you connect these platforms, you are also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

Shopify Integration Data Collection

When you install our Shopify app, we request access to certain store data to provide our virtual try-on services. We collect and process the following information:

  • Product Information (read_products): We read your product catalog to display items for virtual try-on.
  • Order Information (read_orders): We access order data to provide analytics on try-on conversion rates and help you measure ROI. This includes customer IDs for attribution purposes only.
  • Store Locales (read_locales): We read your store's language settings to provide localized experiences for your customers.
  • Analytics (read_analytics): We access store traffic data to help calculate ROI and pricing based on your store's actual visitor volume.

How we use this data:

  • To display your products in the virtual try-on widget
  • To track which products customers try on and their conversion rates
  • To provide analytics and insights about virtual try-on usage
  • To deliver the service in your store's preferred language

Data protection: All Shopify data is processed securely and is never used for purposes other than providing our Services. We comply with Shopify's data protection requirements and API terms of service.

21. No Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making processes that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Our AI is used solely to generate visual try-on results and does not make decisions that affect your legal rights, access to services, or other significant outcomes.

22. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any images to our Services. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have obtained necessary permissions for all uploaded images
  • The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • You have consent from any individuals depicted in the images
  • The content complies with applicable laws and regulations

23. Limitations of AI Technology

Our AI-powered virtual try-on technology has inherent limitations. Results are computer-generated visualizations and may not accurately represent how clothing will actually look when worn. Factors such as image quality, lighting, body positioning, and fabric characteristics can affect results. Our Services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Notice.
